I am so happy to announce that Xulon Press will be at this year’s Ministry EXPO! Xulon Press is the largest publisher of Christian books in North America and is the original on-demand book publisher for aspiring Christian authors. They have helped more than 10,000 authors publish their books!

The death of the printed page has been greatly exaggerated and writing remains an extremely important avenue for ministry. Here’s what has begun to die: the need for a big name publisher to discover you! I am convinced that the best choice for would-be author’s is to self-publish. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to do it. Xulon will help people do it right!

I am super-excited to announce that Long Island Teen Challenge will be with us at the EXPO this year! As you know, we are inviting national/regional level ministries that have something vital to offer the body of Christ and L.I. Teen Challenge fits that bill!

Only the Lord knows how many lives have been rescued by the Teen Challenge program, and those of us here at SGT have seen the fruit of this ministry year after year during our missions week! The EXPO just got even better!

I am so happy to announce that Under His Wings Ministries, directed by Chris and Juanita Gissentaner (authors of Spouse-ology), will be coming to the EXPO! You can go to their website to learn more about them or you can watch this video. I am excited for them to come particularly because they offer Marriage Intensives (as well as many other ministries to marriages). Not everyone attends a church with a NAME ministry and some couples need help fast! I can’t make assertions about how Under His Wings Ministries approaches every situation, but I know that our church has used them and we know how valuable a ministry it is! People should know about them!

Table Day came and went. Only a precious few took advantage of setting up their tables on Saturday, but those who did looked great!

We got several Gopher volunteers on Sunday, so I am pumped about that.

Please be thinking about your table and putting your ministry’s best foot forward. We will be inviting a lot of local area churches to the EXPO this year! This will be a chance to inspire the body of Christ!
